Additionally, Nancy fully-supported my request for cheesecake instead of cake and even went so far as to not only set up the entire cake display on the day of, but to set up a meeting with the baker and I to fully-communicate what I wanted. Likewise, the banquet manager, Nancy, was HIGHLY helpful in all aspects of the wedding.even if I needed her suggestions/input or changed my mind on something a million times. It is also important to mention that we did not have to put down a huge deposit (it was $500) OR pay to rent the facility for the day. We had prime rib and pork tenderloin carving stations and a buffet of sides for under $25 per person. We really had a priority of food and fun, and food can definitely get pricey fast. T's not super $$$ without heading far away / to the city.
